Raising The Bar on our Instructor Training

The LIUNA Canadian Tri-Fund is working with our LIUNA Training Centers across Canada as well as our curriculum development and training partners to develop an online Instructor Development Training Program.

Unlike our in-person Instructor Training Program, our new program will be delivered in a distance/online delivery format to our new and existing Training Instructors.  The program will provide guidance on delivering a program in a distance learning environment and the technical aspects of delivery and testing.

The program is focused on providing access to training that will enhance our Instructors training and delivery skills while providing education on adult learning techniques.

We hope to offer the first program in 2022.
